Ethan is a seasoned landscape professional with experience on nearly every outdoor home improvement project. Born and raised in the Malvern, Ethan is the hometown hero and is a large support of small business and the local community. Ethan is dedicated to making sure Mulch and More continues to provide excellent customer service and wants to know how to better serve the Malvern Community. If you ever have questions about landscaping, mulch, small business, or building your network, Ethan is always available.
Jack Rivers
Co-Owner and Chief Stone Officer
Jack is a Mulch and Stone expert. From extracting materials, manufacturing products, and maintaining the quality and freshness of the supply, Jack makes sure all Mulch and More products are of the highest quality. Jack manages Mulch and More’s elaborate quality control process. Jack is a graduate of Penn State’s Industrial Engineering program and a born and raised Malvern local.
Dan DiSanto
Business Operations Manager
Dan run’s the show when it comes to interacting with customers. Whether you’re a landscaper or homeowner, give our office a call and Dan can walk you through your next order. Dan handles all billing and customer relationships and is eager to help you on your next project. Dan has lived in Malvern for over 50 years and has experience coaching basketball from elementary school through high school. Dan is a Graduate of St. Joes Accounting program

Joe operates the orchestra that is the Mulch yard. Joe makes sure we always have enough product and is delivered to your home or job site on time and correctly. Between managing the fleet and inventory, Joe is on his feet and moving. Joe strives to make sure your order experience is flawless. Joe specializes in complicated predicaments and can help you out next time you are in a pinch. Joe is a guarantee of Penn State’s Criminology program. Joe is a born and raised Paoli Local.

Santos is the ultimate machine operator. Santo’s ability to load your next order quickly, correctly, and safely is flawless. Santos could use a Caterpillar 272D3 Skid Loader to perform an ACL repair if the hospital would let him! Santos is excited to get your crew in and out of our shop quickly so your crew can get back at it. Santos is a Coatesville local and over 25 years of landscaping experience.
